Garlic Mushrooms with Pok Choi
The Kanten powder is Japanese seaweed powder. This is nourishing for the gut and thickens the mixture. For Phase I, omit the spices unless they are fresh. You may also want to use fresh garlic instead of garlic infusion and omit the fermented relish.

- Mushrooms - 2 hand fulls
- Pok choi - 2
- Garlic Infusion - 10 mls or half a chopped garlic
- Coconut oil for frying
- Kanten powder - 1 tsp (optional)
- Salt - pinch
- Ras-el Hanout or mixed spice - half -1 tsp
- Dr Ese’s fermented red relish - 1 tsp (optional)
