The Patient Journey: Tim Part 4
Fighting Viruses updated
How do you keep the viruses away? How do you stay well?
This webinar has an updated section from the first webinar earlier this year. It deals with the latest virus and what we can do to Stay Well.
Little Kid Big Kid
Have you cleared your MESS?
In my latest free webinar I speak with holistic practitioner Sue Bratchie about how childhood traumas become adult issues. MESS refers to Mental Emotional Spiritual Subconscious. In my work helping people with chronic conditions such as fatigue and fibromyalgia, I have come to realise that I won't be able to help my patient completely unless I help them to address the non-physical side to their physical problem. Over the years I have developed an increasing interest in how to help people overcome or clear their MESS. I know! MESS sounds uncomfortable but mess in life is often undesirable. We may not even know that mess is there. Think of that mouldy piece of food that found its way under the kitchen cupboard. It produces a smell but we can't immediately be clear about where it's coming from. The same is true for the MESS that often sabotages are best intentions to BE WELL!

We forgot to breathe Dr Ese/Barbara Pidgeon: Free webinar
Breathing properly can have a profound effect on wellbeing
Have you ever wondered why we breathe?
It seems like a silly question. Of course we breathe to stay alive! But the more I research, the more I realise that the way we breathe can have a profound effect on our wellbeing! And yet, did you get taught how to breathe? Is there even a right and a wrong way to breathe? Well! As the universe would have it, my friend Barbara knows a thing or two about this very subject. Read what she has to say..
"I grew up surrounded by beautiful hills in Scotland - I didn’t see them. I was academically ‘bright’, good at sports and pretty much everything else. But in reality, I was more like a dead person until… I found breath."
Barbara's journey with breath is a compelling account of how changing the way you breathe can transform your life. She goes on...
"Abused as a child, I wasn’t aware that I was in a perpetual state of dissociation.."
Barbara takes us on her journey and shows how, through breath work she 'resets' her world!

This is the first video of many as we follow along on Tim's Patient Journey
Why Am I Sick? 5 Deficiency - Adrenal Glands
In the 5th is in the WAIS series I'll be looking at the adrenal glands and 'adrenal fatigue'
Symptoms such as fatigue, poor sleep, low mood and low libido are linked to the term 'adrenal fatigue'
In this, the 5th in the Why Am I Sick? (WAIS) series of webinars, I will be look at the Deficiency Layer of the Hierarchy of Health. Chronic inflammation in the body is often 'silent', we don't realise it's there until we begin to get symptoms. The reason it is silent is because the body uses its resources to try to keep this inflammation under control. These resources include hormones, vitamins and minerals. When we become deficient in these resources we may begin to notice some of these symptoms. In the WAIS? series I will take a number of different 'deficiencies' and look at how they are related to the previous layers in the Hierarchy of Health.
In this webinar, I am looking at the symptoms often associated with adrenal fatigue and show you how the gut and brain are linked to these symptoms.
