Mushroom and Edamame beans
Ingredients
- Sesame oil 10 mls
- Coconut oil - 2 dessert spoons
- Mushrooms - 2 hands fulls
- Edamame beans - 1 cup
- Mixed or 5 spice - 1 tsp
- Dr Ese’s Fermented garlic infusion 5-10 mls or half a crushed garlic
- Sea or rock salt to taste
Method
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.
- Slice mushrooms and begin to fry in the sesame oil.
- Add the five spice and coconut oil and stir.
- As the mushrooms begin to shrink, turn the heat down so that the mixture is gently sizzling and add the garlic infusion.
- In a bowl, add hot water to the frozen edamame beans and leave for 5 minutes.
- Drain liquid from edamame beans and add to the frying pan with the mushrooms.
- Cover and leave for around 15 minutes on a low heat.
