Mushroom and Edamame beans

Ingredients

  • Sesame oil 10 mls
  • Coconut oil - 2 dessert spoons
  • Mushrooms - 2 hands fulls
  • Edamame beans - 1 cup
  • Mixed or 5 spice - 1 tsp
  • Dr Ese’s Fermented garlic infusion 5-10 mls or half a crushed garlic
  • Sea or rock salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.
  2. Slice mushrooms and begin to fry in the sesame oil.
  3. Add the five spice and coconut oil and stir.
  4. As the mushrooms begin to shrink, turn the heat down so that the mixture is gently sizzling and add the garlic infusion.
  5. In a bowl, add hot water to the frozen edamame beans and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Drain liquid from edamame beans and add to the frying pan with the mushrooms.
  7. Cover and leave for around 15 minutes on a low heat.
  8. Enjoy!
