Shiokoji Fish

Ingredients

  • Frozen or fresh fish portion
  • Shiokoji - 3-5 mls per portion

Method

  1. Coat the fish with the Shiokoji. 
  2. If frozen leave at least 12 hours. If fresh, leave at least 4 hours.
  3. Cook or fry in good oil.
  4. Enjoy!
