Cashew and Natto Pork Belly

You will be reward for the small amount of effort it takes to make this mouth watering dish.
Ingredients
- Pork belly
- Handful of cashew nuts
- 1 pack of Natto
- Herbs
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Soak the cashew nuts and Natto in water for around 8 hours
- Blend into a smooth liquid.
- Marinade the pork belly into the liquid for 4-8 hours - turning every few hours to ensure all of the meat gets a chance to marinade.
- Add a shake of herbs and some salt and pepper
- Bake in a moderate oven until meat is cooked.
- Enjoy!
