Cashew and Natto Pork Belly

You will be reward for the small amount of effort it takes to make this mouth watering dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork belly
  • Handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 pack of Natto
  • Herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Soak the cashew nuts and Natto in water for around 8 hours 
  2. Blend into a smooth liquid.
  3. Marinade the pork belly into the liquid for 4-8 hours - turning every few hours to ensure all of the meat gets a chance to marinade.
  4. Add a shake of herbs and some salt and pepper
  5. Bake in a moderate oven until meat is cooked.
  6. Enjoy!
