Pre-fermented fennel, pok choi and ginger stir fry

This is stir fry makes a refreshing dish with a ginger giving it a Chinese feel.
Ingredients
- 1-2 Pok Choi
- 1 Fennel
- Slice of grated ginger
- Shake of fish sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar or raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Shiokoji
- 1/2 tsp of hot chilli pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Coconut oil for frying
Method
- Chop the Pok Choi and fennel into slices and add the grated ginger
- Add the Shiokoji, fish sauce, chilli pepper and sugar and marinade for 4-12 hours.
- Stir fry the Pok Choi and fennel using the coconut oil, to your desired crunchiness/softness, adding the herbs, salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
