Seafood and Veg Medley

This really easy dish is ideal for all Phases. For Phase I you would need to heat the final dish so that it is piping hot. This way you kill off most of the microbes. For Phases II and III, you would not need to turn the heat so high.
Ingredients
- Handful of plum tomatoes
- Handful of mixed mushrooms
- 10 mls of Shiokoji
- Handful of frozen or fresh fish cubes
- 1-2 tsp of mixed herbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some fenugreek or coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper
- 10 mls coconut oil for frying
Method
- Combine the mushrooms, tomatoes and fish with the Shiokoji in a bowl
- Stir and cover and leave to ferment for 4-12 hours.
- Crush the garlic and fry lightly in some coconut oil until soft
- Add the rest of the ingredients and fry gently on a low to medium heat until the mushrooms are to the desired softness or until the fish is cooked.
