Creamy fermented Tofu and Mushroom sauce

Imagine combining the wonderful healthful effects of fermented tofu with fermented mushrooms! This sauce is the stuff of 5 star restaurants plus its sooo good for you!
Use it with the Spicey meat balls dish to make a wonderful scrumptious combo dinner or use it cold with salads.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Tofu
- 1 handful of mushrooms
- 10 mls of Shiokoji
- 1 can of coconut milk/cream
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Chop the tofu into cubes and tear the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
- Combine the tofu and mushrooms with Shiokoji, cover and leave to ferment for 8-24 hours
- Combine the fermented tofu and mushrooms with the coconut milk, and blend in a food mixer until smooth.
- To use as a warm sauce, heat very gently until just simmering until warm.
- Enjoy!
