Fermented orange sauce
For this, you'll need my Fermented Marmalade. This is a quick and easy orange sauce that you can use to bring tangy scrumptious flavour to meat dishes. It also goes well poured over raw fermented vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 dessert spoons of Fermented Marmalade
- 100-200 mls Olive oil
Method
- Combine the Fermented Marmalade and the olive oil and warm gently in a pan until marmalade is dissolved.
- Pour over meat or other dish.
- Enjoy!
